CMI remote coil- Good choice, this will work good and hold up while your playing. It will last you a while.
Tippmann Alpha Tactical- Tippmann makes some of the most reliable and durable markers on the marker, they has a fool prouf design and are easy to maintain. The army series markers are just tippmann 98 customs with a different body and visual mods. Really the only thing you are paying for is the visual mods, the army series are no better then a tippmann 98 custom because they are the same thing, use the same internals and same mods. They are good markers only down side is the dam plastics on it is cheap and break easy.
98 cyclone feed- Great idea for a none battery powered loader but it sucks. The cyclone feed uses up a lot of air or co2 and does not feed all that fast. It is not reliable and tends to chop paint. You have to buy the techt upgrade kit for it to make the cyclone feed even worth while and that is another $60. Don't waist your money on a cyclone feed it is better to just buy a good quality electronic loader like an invert too or halo b.
Cen X Vest- Good light vest. Great quality and work good, also they dont cost a lot and they are durable. Nice and light and good for keeping you cool even though you have a vest on, also allows you to carry extra paint and your co2 or hpa tank on your vest instead of your marker.
PMI HPA tank- Good hpa tank and work good. The regulators on them are ok they could be better but for the price it doesn't matter. I would however recommend the Ninja paintball tank over the pmi just because ninja has a better regulator on the tank that is fully rebuildable and easy to rebuild. Also they test every one of their tanks and make sure they are set at 800psi output, no lower or higher, perfect for tippmann markers.
Gen X Pods- hey are fine it doesn't really matter much what you use. I find that the shocktech pods do good and don't break paint even if you fall on them or while you are running around.
Vforce Vantage Pro- Don't buy this mask, it is crap! this is one of the worst masks you can buy. If you are looking for a cheap good quality mask go with the Vforce Provantage, they are a lot better built and have a great anti fog lens. Good air flow in them and soft foad that is very comfertable to wear. Great mask and only $50

Overall you have a good setup there. You don't need all of it but $350 is a good price for all of that. You should look at not getting the cyclone feed system and not get the vantage pro mask. Instead buy a good quality electronic loader like the invert too and a good mask like the vforce provantage.

Watch these vids they will help five you good info.

those are all extremely good products there is better stuff out there but it would cost a lot more than $350 just for the gun so id stick with what u have there the only other thing i could think of would be a backup tank i currently use co2 so im not sure how much the tank your going to get will put out and get good paintballs to most yellow fill paintballs i have used barely show on a white target and have runny paint i prefer something that will stick out and have thick paint in it thats me though hope this helps

That is the safety vent so you don't blow out your tank O-rings out as often. If its leaking when you put your tank on, it means you need a new O-ring on your Co2 tank.

I couldnt find any harnesses that come with your requirements...
However have you ever considered getting a custom vest or harness?

I honestly think that remotes are not as helpful as they are supposed to be. With the remote your gun will be front heavy. Get a nice size drop forward to help distribute the weight evenly is the best way I think.
